Description
3 Pleats - 2 layers of 100% Quilters' Cotton Fabric. Deaconess Pattern: Reversible/Washable/Re-usable with elastic ear loops. Each mask has a nose wire (pipe cleaner) by default for a better fit.
2 layers of Fabric: Cotton front layer of your choice (print or solid) and the inside layer is by default a coordinating solid color of Cotton FLANNEL (soft but warm). We offer for a 50 cent upgrade a NON Flannel Cotton inside layer (Cooler for warm weather). You must add COOL COTTON to your cart before checkout if you prefer that option.
Care/Laundering Instructions: Hand Wash & Line Dry helps to prevent the nose wire from sliding left or right, or poking through the fabric. Excessive washing and time will eventually wear out the fabric, Make sure you have enough masks to rotate so that they will last until we don't need them anymore. It is unclear at this time how many washings a single mask can withstand before needing to be replaced.
Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of this product. There is a no return policy. Please pay attention to sizing, or add elastic toggles to make sure you can adjust fit tighter if needed.
Options
Elastic Adjustment Toggles are now available to make sure you have the perfect fit. Each set is just 75 cents extra. They can be removed and put on a different mask for wearing. Works with thin flat elastic. Elastic will vary by color, currently using white or black 1/4" flat elastic.
Nose wire (pipe cleaner) is pre-sewn into the mask to adjust for a tighter fit around the nose. (You may request no wire if desired)
The inside default fabric is a solid cotton flannel, you will always know the front vs backside of the mask. This makes the mask reversible if desired. But Wash before reversing your mask.
We now offer a 'COOLER COTTON Summer Weather' option. NON Flannel for the inside layer. Request the non flannel layer for just 50 cents extra per mask.
Optional Filter Pocket at the bottom edge is now available by request for an extra $1 per mask.

Covid19 Warning: 'First Class Shipping' seems to be much slower and even mis-routing packages lately. If timing is critical I recommend Priority Mail.
Sizing
Standard Adult one size fits most (pre sewn fabric square is approx 9.5" x 6.5") Standard elastic length is approx 6.5" before sewn. XL elastic length is approx 7.5"
'Kid / Child size options' offered for age 2-5, 6-10 and 11-14 are approx. 1-2.5" shorter in width and up to 1" shorter in height. But that is a wide age range and faces are different sizes and shapes. I HIGHLY recommend elastic toggles for adjusting the elastic. Better to be too big than too small. Not recommended for under age 2.
