Shipping policy

Once the order has been shipped, we, Custom Sashes, are not responsible for late, misdirected, or lost mail.

You have the responsibility to request insurance, upgraded shipping speed, or to allow for enough time if the shipping company should experience any type of delay in shipment.

Tracking # is automatically sent to the email used when paying this invoice. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

*Production time is not shipping time. As explained on the order pages and any price quote by email. Your ship date is determined on the length of production time you select when you place your order.  Example.   You don't want a rush order so you select 15+ business day non rush order for Production Time. Your order will have a ship date that is NO SOONER than the 16th business day (no weekends, no holidays).   If you need your order urgently select the shortest # of production business days as possible and then select the FASTEST shipping option at checkout. You can even email us to upgrade your shipping to a faster option for your zip code if one is available. Request this manually by email with us. 

YOU are responsible for ordering far enough ahead of your event date to allow for ANY mail carrier delays as we have no control over how efficient their service will be, we can only control how quickly we produce your sash order, based on the # of production days you pay for in your order.
